Overview
Woopfās social media and ad efforts werenāt converting into sales, and the website created friction.
In the first two weeks, we revamped the social strategy and audience targeting, while auditing and fixing the website. We identified where users dropped off and resolved the main conversion blockers across UX, navigation, and content.
After two weeks, we relaunched with a stronger site structure, more engaging content, and clearer messaging. We then launched Meta campaigns and scaled what worked. Within four weeks, we saw significant growth.

In the first two weeks, we identified drop-off points and fixed key conversion blockers across UX, navigation, product images, videos, and copy. We redesigned and adjusted key areas of the Shopify site, including custom code updates and user experience improvements. While the broader site revamp is ongoing, we prioritized and implemented the most critical fixes first to support campaign launch and improve conversion performance.
